ModulePilot modules are digital products. No physical parcel is shipped.
Once payment has been confirmed, access to the download and installation information is provided through your customer account or through support messages related to the order.
Installation and assistance
When installation is included or requested, ModulePilot may work on your PrestaShop store after receiving the necessary access details. The exact terms are confirmed during the order or your conversation with support.
