Purpose
These terms govern access to the ModulePilot website, the purchase of digital PrestaShop modules and related support or installation services.
Digital products
Modules sold by ModulePilot are supplied digitally. Features, compatibility and requirements are described on each product page. Customers must confirm that their PrestaShop store meets these requirements before purchasing.
Prices and payment
The prices shown on the website at the time of the order apply. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed through the payment methods available on the website.
Delivery and access
Once payment has been confirmed, the module is made available digitally. No physical shipment is made. Further information is available on the Digital delivery page.
Installation and support
Support covers the purchased module, its installation and normal use. Custom development, issues caused by heavily modified themes or server work may require a separate quote.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal may be excluded when the customer requests immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of that right, in accordance with applicable law.
Liability
ModulePilot uses reasonable efforts to provide reliable modules. Liability does not cover indirect losses, incompatibilities caused by undocumented third-party changes or issues caused by a non-compliant server environment.
